1️⃣ Account Registration

To access the full range of abe365 Services, Users must register a personal account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. abe365 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login details. You must notify abe365 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

2️⃣ Identity Verification (KYC)

abe365 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. We may require Users to submit one or more of the following documents before approving withdrawals or following any suspicious activity flag:

• Government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement issued within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash / Nagad account registered under your name)
• Selfie or live photo verification as requested

Failure to supply requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by abe365 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

3️⃣ Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by abe365 and displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. abe365 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own service charges independently. Withdrawal requests are processed during standard business hours and most mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are completed within 15 to 60 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. abe365 reserves the right to apply enhanced verification to any withdrawal above ৳50,000.

4️⃣ Betting Rules

All bets placed on abe365 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, game, or market at the time the bet is accepted. Bets are final once confirmed. abe365 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been suspended, cancelled, or where a manifest error in odds has occurred. In the event of a technical fault affecting odds display or bet acceptance, abe365 may at its discretion void affected bets and refund the staked amount to the player's abe365 balance. Live in-play betting markets may be suspended without notice at the discretion of the trading team.

5️⃣ Responsible Gaming Obligations

abe365 supports responsible gaming and provides tools to help players stay in control of their activity. Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and request self-exclusion at any time through account settings or by contacting support. Players who self-exclude agree not to attempt to re-register or circumvent the exclusion during the elected exclusion period. abe365 will use reasonable measures to enforce self-exclusion but cannot guarantee detection in all circumstances. 6️⃣ Intellectual Property

All content on the abe365 platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, logos, text, audio, video, icons, and interface elements — is the property of abe365 or its licensed content providers. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Reproduction, redistribution, reverse-engineering, scraping, or commercial exploitation of any abe365 content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7️⃣ Limitation of Liability

abe365 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, abe365's total liability to any User for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim. abe365 shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages, including loss of profits or loss of data.

8️⃣ Account Suspension and Termination

abe365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion, including where:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• The User is suspected of fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity
• The User has provided false or misleading registration information
• Regulatory or legal obligations require account closure
• The User has requested self-exclusion

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of voided bonuses) will be returned to the User via their verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

9️⃣ Privacy and Data Protection

abe365 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information as described therein. abe365 uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data in transit and applies strict access controls to stored data. 🔟 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of the abe365 platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through abe365's customer support team at [email protected]. abe365 aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days. Unresolved disputes may be escalated in accordance with applicable dispute resolution procedures.
